Helping Hands Property Solution, LLC is a real estate solutions provider to any type of situation. We buy, sell, rent, and lease purchase homes in North Carolina. The firm is split up into two divisions. The first is our remodeling/home purchase group that works on homes that may need repairs. These repairs include cosmetic to larger structural repairs such as replacing foundations and lifting houses. However, Helping Hands does this very differently than other firms in the marketplace. We replace everything in the homes and ensure it adheres to our strict building requirements, which are higher than city, county and state requirements. At Helping Hands, we feel that every home is someone else’s dream. Therefore, we put more into each home to guarantee our clients satisfaction.
The second division is our lease purchase group. In Lease Purchase our team manages the entire home buying process for our tenant buyers. We have lease counselors that meet with each person and review home needs, financial position, budgeting, and credit counseling. Everyone who enters into our Lease Purchase program gets free credit and budget counseling. We want to make sure that our clients understand the responsibility of owning a home from maintenance, repairs, cost of utilities, and how their mortgage works. This is an essential piece to the Helping Hands experience, which hundreds have enjoyed. Our clients are able to purchase their home within 12-24 months at an average rate of 2% below when they started this process. Currently, 97% of our Lease Purchase clients buy the house in 18 months.
