ARV- this is the after repair value of the property- the price you think the house is worth after the repairs are completed.

Remember that we are wholesalers and financers. If we buy your house with cash, this means that we have to buy at a discount of the ARV. Or we take over payments with existing loans. If you willing to offer terms or let us take over your payments, this will allow us to pay you more for the property.
